Day 21 - Rødspætte
It's solely a dinner update. Start with some rødspætte - it's a sort of danish flounder. Marinate it with some olive oil and sambal olek.
Fry up some onions, carrots, sun dried tomatoes, and kalamata olives.
In the meantime, make a salad and prepare some zucchini, carrots, and potato.
Fry up the fish, top with olives / etc.
Plate seductively. Eat. Relax.
