Day 492 - Cinco de Mayo for Gringos

It's probably weird and not very Mexican at all that I find celebrating Cinco to be, way more than I thought, a bit of home. So much so that I made a michelada with Carlsberg!


I think it worked out. I also made some tinga with nakkefilet. It's a bit like shoulder but the texture / fat content isn't quite right. It works. To note, please be careful when pronouncing nakkefilet.
