About Us


Emily and Collin first met in 1994. They lived in Champaign-Urbana from 2000-2006 and married in September of 2005.



They then moved from the midwest to Boston in 2006. They added a dog to the mix that same year - Charlie the Boxer. In the fall of 2012 they decided to take the plunge and move themselves, their belongings, and their dog to Copenhagen, Denmark.


This blog chronicles that endeavor to its finest detail. Mostly, we'll talk about stuff we've done, stuff we find weird, stuff we find awesome, stuff we find not so awesome, and just general Danish stuff.

Emily works at Novo Nordisk in Måløv. Collin also works at Novo Nordisk in Måløv. Everything's coming up Novo.

They enjoy cooking, traveling, the beach, snorkeling, the Illini, reading, writing, gaming, great tv, terrible tv, and mostly, spending time doing nothing with each other.
